Fee Payment and Registration Deadline

This is to remind all students of the University's fee payment requirements and their implications
continued participation in academic activities for the ongoing semester. With the first
Continuous Assessment Test (CAT 1) approaching, it is imperative that all students comply with
the stipulated deadlines to avoid disruption of their studies.

1. Fee Payment and Registration Deadline
Students who have not yet registered for the ongoing semester are required to do so immediately.
The new deadline for fee clearance is Friday, November 21, 2025.

Please note the following provisions from the JOOUST Fee Payment Policy:
i.  All fees for the academic semester shall be payable by the second week of the semester.
ii. Any student who, by the end of the period prescribed in (i) above, shall not have paid the
required fees will not be allowed to continue with studies for such academic
semester/session.
iii. All fee-defaulting students shall not be allowed to take examinations.

2. CAT 1 Eligibility
Students who will not have cleared fees and registered in the system by the stated deadline will not
be eligible to sit CAT 1, which is scheduled to begin on Monday, November 24, 2025.

3. Academic Leave Option
Students unable to settle the outstanding fees are advised to apply for Academic Leave
accordance with university regulations
